Financial Advisor
Job Description
Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products to generate new business and provide after-sales
service to clients to ensure client retention, increase market share, and contribute to the overall business objectives and long-term viability.
We seek self-motivated and dynamic individuals with a passionate entrepreneurial spirit to join one of Africa's leading insurance companies.
The role requires championing our valued customers to achieve their lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, providing sound financial advice, and recommending and implementing "fit for purpose" financial plans and solutions.
Qualifications

Minimum of two years of industry experience (or sales experience)

RE5 (preferred but not a necessity)

NQF5 or higher

Driver’s license

Clear credit and criminal history

Financial advisers need both strong interpersonal and analytical skills, you must be able to analyze investment and financial data and then clearly communicate their findings to their clients.
